сЬн тфьу шы Лфрдшдф Пшикфт. Anyhow. Are we all being good little thumber-uppers? ~~~Take a chance.~~A few things I have learnt from SU's new similarity meter --. I share an interest in space exploration with Judefa, have the same taste in adult humor as the young 13andbored and share a passion for nude art with myself. Which is nonsense.

Oh, evolve!

Clickmonkey describes himself as an ape.
I thought apes and monkeys were different animals
and I KNOW Clickmonkey is being perverse.
If you click the monkey here you'll wind
up somewhere rather pleasant.

If you click the ape you'll be taken instead to SU spamcentral,
ha ha, and then you'll go apeshit (or should).
If you click Clickmonkey himself you'll land right in
his pages and soon learn that he's quite highly evolved,
though I still can't tell you what sort of a species he is.

Only Bosie would thumb "How to use an Indian toilet", and post a picture of one for our information.
However you won't be seeing it here so I am showing you another side of my eccentric friend.

My favourite too, Bosie -- along with Cold Duck and Blue Nun -- and I've guzzled a fair
amount of it.
Good value, all in all, as the bottles make perfect candle holders afterwards.

Trading Card Maker: Create a customized trading card from your digital photograp…

If I stumble nothing else tonight I'll be happy with this.
There is a lot to play with in Big Huge Labs,
but I really loved the trading card maker.
How neat -- you could make a Tarot deck
with this, or any other collection.
The tool enables you to upload images from your computer,
add words and icons, and save them to Flickr.

I made this one for Judefa:

I think it reflects her provocativeness but she won't
have it as an av cos she thinks it
makes her face look too round.
She's also worried about the reputation
she's acquired lately as an arch-bitch.

*Rolls eyes*

Netdisaster is an app that alters any website you open.
Great for seeking revenge on spammers (as used here) or
leaving a graphic comment for the odd SU crybaby.
My favourite app of all those I tried is the "Demonstration",  which
creates a  cast of rowdy protesters marching across your screen.
They carry banners made out of words and images found on the site.

Things we like

APerfectStranger has a knack for presentation so her
pages are an absolute joy to explore.

I know her to be passionate and well-read on politics
as well and enviably talented in several areas.

Santa Barbara photographer Toby Keller specialises
in long exposures -- ie low-light photography.
His blog and Flickr site are both high-quality collections
and most of the photos taken around a very magical part
of the world (a place I would love to live, actually).

You Are Mud Pie

"
You're the perfect combo of flavor and depth.
You are overpowering and dominant - and that's what people like about you.
You bring energy and a new direction to most interactions.
People crave you in a serious way. You're that important to them.

Those who like you give in to their impulses.
You don't represent reason. You represent pure temptation.
People get addicted to you rather easily.
You offer people a dark side that is very hard to resist.

"

You know, it's surprisingly accurate

I understand the sort of person who makes lists and plans -- I am that sort of person myself.
However I don't understand the sort of person who then obediently follows the rules and ticks everything off.
I would far rather lie down and think about the list (or plan) for a couple of hours, or days; finesse the list and treat it as an abstract idea.

Once when I was 15 I got my hands on the end of a roll of newsprint.
I unrolled it across the floor and set to creating a calendar for my studies in five subjects leading up to crucial school exams.
I chose a different colour for each subject, and made this thing a work of art, following a perfect formula.
It looked good, and everything was included with the minimum of boring repetition.
Yes, it took several weeks to craft; the details had become something of  an obsession.

When I had completed it I looked at the date.
One week to exams.
There was no option at that point but to cram and, alas, I am still that way.
